Warranty Period: The warranty for VOLX Stick covers damages for 6 months starting from the purchase date, subject to specified terms.
Replacement Service: In case of shipping errors or product defects within 30 days of receipt, VOLX provides a replacement service for VOLX products.
Policy Details: The warranty and replacement policy apply only to instances of incorrect product delivery or manufacturing defects.
Eligibility Conditions: To qualify for a replacement, the item must be in its original condition, and a proof of purchase is required.
Exclusions from Warranty: Instances where warranty and exchange are not applicable include physical damage due to misuse, excessive use of pod/cartridge, or prolonged battery charging.
Claim Procedure: Register for warranty after purchase, then initiate the screening and verification process through CS WhatsApp for any subsequent issues.
Late Registration: If registration wasn't completed immediately, register via the provided link and confirm with CS through WhatsApp.
Confirmation and Return: Upon CS confirmation, send the FOOM Stick to the specified address for warranty/replacement.
Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; however, return shipping to the customer's location is covered by VOLX.
Delivery Duration: Return shipping times vary depending on the location of the customer.
